May 13, 1990. F.R.E.E’s Float passes by the yearly Lag B’omer Parade, in front of the Lubavitch World Headquaters in New York, where the Rebbe delivered a public address to a crowd of 35,000 honoring 40 years of the Rebbe leadership.
The F.R.E.E Shabbos Club marching in front of the Rebbe, as they chant Torah passages. The Rebbe greeted these young men with a warm smile.
